What is the VTL workspace?
The VTL workspace is where you manage your Vibe to Live assets. Depending on your plan, you can view previews, edit content, manage live assets, publish updates, request human review, and start strategic or custom requests.
What is VisIQ?
VisIQ is VTL's built-in visibility intelligence layer. It structures your site for SEO (search engine optimization), AEO (answer engine optimization), and GEO (generative engine optimization) so your asset is easier for people, search engines, and AI answer systems to find and understand. Available at baseline in Instant Launch, and fully applied in Professional and above.
What is the difference between Instant Launch and Professional?
Instant Launch publishes on a Vibe to Live subdomain (yourslug.vibe2live.ai) and includes baseline quality, editing, and SEO/AEO structure. Professional adds image upload, palette controls, full VisIQ-powered optimization, and more editing capacity. Custom domain connection and advanced forms/analytics are coming soon. If you want to publish with full business tools and visibility optimization, Professional is the right plan.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domain support is coming soon for the Professional plan and above. For now, Instant Launch assets use a Vibe to Live subdomain (yourslug.vibe2live.ai). The Free Preview uses a path-based preview URL. Human review (Assisted Review) does not determine domain access - that is based on your base plan.
Is Instant Launch reviewed by a human?
No. Instant Launch assets are AI-generated and run through automated quality checks, but they are not reviewed by a human. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy before publishing. Human review is available as the Assisted Review add-on ($199 one-time).
Can I publish today?
Yes, if your asset qualifies for Instant and you provide enough information to generate a usable preview. Instant Launch and Professional both include publishing. The Free Preview tier is preview-only.
What does Assisted Review cover?
Assisted Review is a checklist-based human review of your VTL asset. It covers copy clarity, CTA check, mobile and desktop layout QA, broken link check, basic brand voice check, and one light revision note pass. SLA is 2-5 business days after complete intake and materials are provided. It does not include custom strategy, legal or compliance review, unlimited rewrites, or custom design work.
What are full regenerations?
A full regeneration is when VTL rebuilds your asset from scratch using your intake brief. This is distinct from language-driven edits, which are targeted updates to specific sections or copy. Regeneration limits (3/month for Instant Launch, 10 for Professional, 25 for Growth/Studio) apply to full regenerations. Language-driven edits are included with fair-use protections.
What if I need a custom portal or dashboard?
Custom portals are built under the Custom System tier. This includes client portals, board portals, investor portals, member portals, resource hubs, and multi-stakeholder systems. Talk to us about scope, timeline, and pricing.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with Instant Launch and upgrade to Professional at any point. Assisted Review ($199) and Strategic Builds are requested via email and scoped individually. Email [email protected] to get started.
What happens if I cancel?
Your asset remains live through the end of the billing period. After cancellation, hosting and publishing access end. Export and transfer options depend on your plan. We will walk you through the process so nothing breaks unexpectedly.
